Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Cook the jumbo pasta shells in boiling water until al dente, drain, and set aside.
- In a mixing bowl, combine ricotta cheese, chopped spinach, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, and beaten egg. Season with salt and pepper; mix until well combined.
- Fill each cooked pasta shell generously with the ricotta mixture and place them seam-side up in a baking dish coated with marinara sauce.
- Pour the remaining marinara over the filled shells and cover with foil. Bake for 25 minutes.
- Remove foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes until golden brown. Serve warm.
