  • 1 cup (100g) freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup (100g) freshly grated Pecorino Romano cheese
  • 2 tsp freshly cracked black pepper
  • 4 tbsp (56g) unsalted butter
  • 1 cup (240ml) heavy cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Spray a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Cook the gnocchi in salted boiling water until they float, then drain and set aside.
  3. In a large saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter. Stir in the heavy cream, then add Parmesan and Pecorino Romano cheese until melted and creamy.
  4. Mix in freshly cracked black pepper; adjust seasoning to taste.
  5. Fold the cooked gnocchi into the cheese sauce until evenly coated. Transfer to the prepared baking dish.
