Ingredients
  

Fruits
  • 1 cup pomegranate seeds
  • 1 cup diced apples use a mix of sweet and tart varieties
  • 1 cup sliced pears ripe but firm
  • 1 cup sliced oranges remove seeds
  • 1 cup sliced kiwis
  • 1 cup grapes halved
Dressing
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup for a vegan option
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Method
 

Prepare the Fruits
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the pomegranate seeds, diced apples, sliced pears, sliced oranges, sliced kiwis, and halved grapes.
Make the Dressing
  1. In a small bowl, whisk together the honey, lemon juice, and vanilla extract until well combined.
Combine and Serve
  1. Pour the dressing over the fruit salad and gently toss to coat all the fruits evenly. Serve immediately.
