Ingredients
  

Marinade
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt preferably full-fat
  • 1 medium cucumber grated and drained
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh dill chopped
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 teaspoon salt to taste
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper to taste
Chicken
  • 4 pieces chicken breasts boneless and skinless

Method
 

Prepare the Marinade
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, minced garlic, chopped dill, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper. Whisk until well combined.
Marinate the Chicken
  1. Place the chicken breasts in a baking dish and pour the tzatziki marinade over them, ensuring they are well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 2 hours for more flavor.
Cook the Chicken
  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Remove chicken from marinade and grill for 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked and internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
Serve
  1. Remove chicken from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes. Serve with additional tzatziki sauce on the side.
