Ingredients
  

For the Tzatziki Sauce
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt Full-fat for extra creaminess
  • 1 medium Cucumber Shredded and drained, preferably English cucumber
  • 1 clove Garlic Minced
  • 1 tablespoon Dill Fresh or dried
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice Freshly squeezed
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil Drizzle to enhance richness
  • to taste Salt and pepper Season to taste

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Grate the cucumber using a box grater or food processor until finely shredded.
  2. Drain the grated cucumber in a clean kitchen towel or fine mesh sieve for about 10 minutes.
  3. Mix together the drained cucumber, Greek yogurt, minced garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, and chopped dill in a medium bowl. Stir gently until well combined.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Chill the tzatziki in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
