For the Aioli
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise Homemade mayonnaise is an option for a richer taste.
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced) Adjust according to your love for garlic.
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice Vinegar can be used for a different tanginess.
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt Enhances the flavors; add more if desired.
For Serving
  • fresh parsley (chopped, for garnish) Adds color and freshness; skip if you're not a fan of herbs.
  • lemon wedges A squeeze of lemon before serving elevates the dish.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Prepare your ingredients by chopping vegetables and measuring spices.
  2. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  3. Mix your base ingredients in a large bowl until well combined.
Cooking
  1. Cook each element separately for optimal flavors.
  2. Sauté chorizo until it’s sizzling and aromatic, about 5-7 minutes on medium heat.
Assembly
  1. Assemble your tapas by layering the cooked elements on a serving platter.
