Ingredients
  

For the Jello Mixture
  • 1 package Strawberry Jello the star of our dessert
  • 1 cup Boiling Water to dissolve the jello
  • 2 cups Cold Soda Water adds fizz and refreshment
For the Topping
  • 1 cup Whipped Cream to complement the sweetness
  • 1 cup Fresh Strawberries sliced for topping
Optional Garnish
  • a few sprigs Mint Leaves for presentation

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Gather all your ingredients, including strawberry soda, gelatin, and fresh strawberries.
  2. In a medium saucepan, heat 1 cup of strawberry soda over medium heat. Stir in the gelatin until completely dissolved, about 3-5 minutes.
  3. Remove the saucepan from heat and let it cool for a couple of minutes. Stir in another cup of cold strawberry soda.
  4. Gently fold in sliced fresh strawberries.
  5. Pour the mixture into your serving dish or individual cups. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set firmly.
  6. Once set, scoop out portions and serve chilled. Optionally, top with whipped cream.

Notes
