- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Prepare a 9x13-inch baking pan by greasing it lightly or lining it with parchment paper.
- Mix the dry ingredients in a large bowl: flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- Cream the butter and sugar in a separate bowl until light and fluffy.
- Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Combine the wet and dry ingredients gently until just mixed.
- Fold in fresh strawberries gently.
- Spread the batter evenly into your prepared pan and smooth the top.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool the bars in the pan for about 10 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
- Slice the cooled bars into squares or rectangles as desired.
