Ingredients
  

For the Batter
  • 2 cups All-purpose flour
  • 1 cup Granulated sugar
  • 2 tbsp Baking powder
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 cup Milk Can substitute with almond or oat milk for dairy-free option.
  • 2 large Eggs Flax eggs can be used for a vegan alternative.
  • 1/2 cup Butter Melted coconut oil can be used for dairy-free.
  • 1 cup Fresh strawberries Chopped.
For the Topping
  • 2 tbsp Sugar For sprinkling on top.
  • 1/2 cup Chopped strawberries For topping.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Prepare your muffin tin by lining it with paper liners or greasing it lightly.
Mixing
  1. Mix the dry ingredients in a medium bowl: flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt until well blended.
  2. Whisk together the wet ingredients in another bowl: beat eggs, milk, and melted butter until frothy.
  3. Combine the wet and dry ingredients gently, folding them together until just mixed.
  4. Stir in fresh strawberries carefully.
Baking
  1. Scoop the batter into the prepared muffin tin, filling each cup about two-thirds full.
  2. Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  3. Cool the muffins in the pan for 5 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack.
