Ingredients
  

  • 1 heaping cup crushed ice
  • 1½ cup vanilla ice cream good quality
  • 1 tbsp granulated sugar
  • 1 tbsp Ghirardelli white chocolate powder
  • 2 fl oz double shot espresso freshly brewed
  • caramel sauce for drizzling
  • whipped cream for topping

Method
 

  1. Pour a double shot of fresh espresso over the sugar and mix well.
  2. Mix the sugar and white chocolate powder together, then stir in the espresso.
  3. Add 1 heaping cup of crushed ice into a blender along with 1½ cups of vanilla ice cream.
  4. Add 1 tablespoon granulated sugar and 1 tablespoon Ghirardelli white chocolate powder into the blender.
  5. Pour the sweet espresso into the blender, place the lid on, and blend at high speed for about 20-30 seconds or until the ice is finely blended.
  6. Drizzle caramel sauce on the sides of your serving cup and pour the frappuccino inside.
  7. Add a generous amount of whipped cream on top and drizzle with extra caramel.
