Ingredients
  

  • 1 French Baguette French Baguette
  • 0.5 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 4 cloves Garlic, Minced
  • 14 ounces Artichoke Hearts, Drained and chopped
  • 4 cups Baby Spinach Leaves
  • 1 8 ounce package Cream Cheese
  • 1.5 cups Shredded Mozzarella Cheese

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Cut baguette into 3 even sections. Hollow out the inside of the baguette, leaving some bread along the edges. Set aside.
  3. In a large skillet set over medium heat, heat olive oil. Add garlic, artichoke hearts, and spinach. Heat, stirring often until spinach has wilted.
  4. Add cream cheese and mozzarella cheese. Stir and allow the cheese to melt, stirring constantly. Once completely melted, remove from heat.
  5. Using a small spoon, fill each piece of hollow baguette with the artichoke cheese mixture.
  6. Line the filled bread pieces on a cutting board and gently cut into 1-inch pieces. Carefully keeping the baguette together, transfer the sliced baguette to a large long piece of foil and wrap.
  7. Place the baguette onto a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes. Remove from oven and serve warm.

Notes

Feel free to customize the filling with additional ingredients like sun-dried tomatoes or different cheeses. Make sure to hollow out the baguette carefully for the best filling retention.
