Ingredients

  • 1 pound large shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 1 pound baby potatoes halved
  • 2 ears corn cut into thirds
  • 1 pound smoked sausage sliced
Seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons Old Bay seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the shrimp, potatoes, corn, and sausage.
  3. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with Old Bay seasoning, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Toss to coat evenly.
Cooking
  1. Spread the mixture in a single layer on a sheet pan.
  2. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the shrimp are cooked through and the potatoes are tender.
  3. Remove from the oven and serve immediately.
