Ingredients
  

Seafood
  • 1 lb Shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 1 lb Crab legs cooked
  • 1 lb Mussels cleaned
  • 1 lb Clams cleaned
Vegetables
  • 2 ea Corn on the cob cut into halves
  • 1 lb Baby potatoes halved
  • 1 ea Lemon cut into wedges
  • 1 tbsp Old Bay seasoning for flavor
Dipping Sauces
  • 1 cup Garlic butter melted
  • 1 cup Cocktail sauce
  • 1 cup Remoulade sauce

Method
 

Prepare the Seafood Boil
  1. Fill a large pot with water and bring it to a boil. Add Old Bay seasoning.
  2. Add the baby potatoes and cook for about 10 minutes.
  3. Add the corn and cook for another 5 minutes.
  4. Add the mussels, clams, shrimp, and crab legs. Cook until the seafood is fully cooked, about 5-7 minutes.
  5. Drain the seafood and vegetables using a strainer.
Set the Table
  1. Cover the serving table with newspaper or butcher paper.
  2. Arrange the seafood and vegetables on a large serving platter.
  3. Place bowls of dipping sauces around the platter.
  4. Garnish with lemon wedges for added flavor.
