Ingredients
  

Bok Choy
  • 1 lb bok choy washed and chopped
Seasoning
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce low sodium preferred
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt to taste
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper to taste

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Wash the bok choy thoroughly and chop it into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Mince the garlic and set aside.
Cooking
  1. Heat the vegetable oil and sesame oil in a wok over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  3. Add the chopped bok choy and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until wilted.
  4. Pour in the soy sauce, salt, and pepper, and stir to combine. Cook for an additional minute.
  5. Remove from heat and serve immediately.
