Method
 

Preparation
  1. Mix flour, salt, and yeast in a bowl, then add warm water and stir to form a shaggy dough.

  3. Cover and let the dough rise at room temperature for 12 to 18 hours.
Baking
  1. Shape the risen dough into a ball on a floured surface.
  2. Place the dough on parchment, cover, and let it rest for 1 to 2 hours while preheating the oven to 450°F (232°C).
  3. Transfer the dough with parchment into a Dutch oven, cover, and bake for 30 minutes; then uncover and bake for another 10-15 minutes until golden brown.
  4. Cool the bread on a wire rack before slicing.
