Ingredients
  

Wraps
  • 8 sheets Rice paper wrappers Round, 22 cm diameter
Filling
  • 1 cup Cooked shrimp Peeled and deveined
  • 1 cup Julienned carrots
  • 1 cup Cucumber Julienned
  • 1 cup Bell pepper Julienned
  • 1 cup Fresh herbs Mint and cilantro
Dipping Sauce
  • 3 tablespoons Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon Honey Optional

Method
 

Prepare the Ingredients
  1. Gather all the filling ingredients and prepare them by julienning the vegetables and cooking the shrimp.
Soften the Rice Paper
  1. Fill a large bowl with warm water. Dip one rice paper wrapper into the water for about 10-15 seconds until it softens.
Assemble the Wraps
  1. Lay the softened rice paper on a plate. Place a small amount of each filling ingredient in the center of the wrapper. Be careful not to overfill.
  2. Fold the sides of the rice paper over the filling, then roll from the bottom to the top to create a wrap.
Make the Dipping Sauce
  1. In a small bowl, mix together the soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, and honey until well combined.
Serve
  1. Serve the rice paper wraps with the dipping sauce on the side.
