Dough Preparation

  3. Knead the dough on a floured surface for 8-10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
  4. Incorporate softened butter into the dough until fully combined.
Rising and Baking
  1. Let the dough rise in a greased bowl for about 1 hour until doubled in size.
  2. Punch down the dough, roll out, spread raspberries or jam, roll tightly, and place in a greased loaf pan.
  3. Let it rise for another 30 minutes.
