  • 1 cup Dill pickles (quartered and drained)
  • 4 oz Cream cheese spread a thin layer
For the Cooking
  • 2 tbsp Butter or oil for grilling
  • 1 can Cooking spray for a golden-brown crunch

  2. Prep the pickles: Slice your pickles into thin rounds or spears.
  3. Heat the skillet: Preheat a non-stick skillet over medium heat for about 2-3 minutes.
Cooking
  1. Assemble the quesadilla: Place one tortilla in the skillet, sprinkle cheese on half, and add sliced pickles before folding.
  2. Cook until crispy: Cook for 3-4 minutes on one side, then flip and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
  3. Slice and serve: Transfer to a cutting board, slice into wedges, and serve warm.
