Ingredients

For the Bagel Base
  • 2 cups Self-Rising Flour This is the heart of your bagel; it gives them that classic chewy texture without the need for yeast.
  • 1 cup Greek Yogurt Choose a thick variety for best results; it helps bind the dough and adds a lovely richness.
Optional Toppings
  • Everything Bagel Seasoning Sprinkle generously on top before baking for that iconic flavor boost.
  • Sesame Seeds A delicious alternative to add a nutty crunch to your bagels.

Method

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Mix the two main ingredients in a large bowl until well combined, about 2-3 minutes.
  3. Shape the dough into bagel forms by dividing the mixture into equal portions, rolling each into a ball, and poking a hole through the center.
  4. Prepare a baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper and place your shaped bagels on the sheet.
  5. Bake in your preheated oven for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
  6. Cool the bagels on a wire rack for about 10 minutes before serving.
