Method
 

Dough Preparation
  1. Combine the flour and water in a large mixing bowl. Mix until just combined, creating a shaggy dough.
  2. Add the salt and yeast. Gently knead the dough until fully incorporated.
  3. Knead on a floured surface for about 10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
  4. Rest the dough in an oiled bowl, cover with plastic wrap, and let it rise for 2 to 4 hours.
  5. Shape the dough into balls and place them on a floured surface.
  6. Proof the dough balls in a covered container for another 30 minutes to an hour.
  7. Preheat your oven with a pizza stone to its highest setting (around 500°F).
