Ingredients
  

Salmon
  • 4 fillets salmon fillets skin-on or skinless
Miso Glaze
  • 3 tablespoons white miso paste
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
Garnish
  • 2 tablespoons scallions sliced
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds toasted

Method
 

Prepare the Miso Glaze
  1. In a bowl, whisk together the white miso paste, honey, soy sauce, rice vinegar, and sesame oil until smooth.
Marinate the Salmon
  1. Place the salmon fillets in a baking dish and pour the miso glaze over the top, ensuring they are well coated. Let marinate for at least 10 minutes.
Bake the Salmon
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Bake the marinated salmon for 10 minutes or until cooked through and flaky.
Garnish and Serve
  1. Remove the salmon from the oven, garnish with sliced scallions and toasted sesame seeds, and serve immediately.
