Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup diced strawberries
  • 2 tablespoon Grand Marnier or other orange liqueur
  • 2 tablespoon powdered sugar
  • 10 units dessert shells
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • 10 small strawberries for topping

Equipment

  • mixing bowl
  • Slotted Spoon

Method
 

  1. Combine diced strawberries, orange liqueur, and powdered sugar in a small bowl. Toss to combine.
  2. Use a small glass to cut 10 small rounds of shortcake. Put one in the bottom of each glass.
  3. Use a slotted spoon to split the strawberry mixture between each glass.
  4. Top each glass with whipped cream and a whole strawberry.
