Ingredients
  

Fish
  • 1 lb Mahi Mahi fillets Fresh or thawed
Taco Slaw
  • 2 cups Cabbage Shredded
  • 1 cup Carrots Shredded
  • 1/4 cup Cilantro Chopped
  • 1 tbsp Lime juice
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper
Taco Assembly
  • 8 pieces Corn tortillas Warmed
  • 1 avocado Avocado Sliced
  • 1/2 cup Sour cream Optional
  • 1 lime Lime wedges For serving

Method
 

Prepare the Fish
  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Season the Mahi Mahi fillets with salt and pepper.
  3. Grill the fish for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until cooked through and flaky.
Make the Slaw
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine shredded cabbage, carrots, cilantro, lime juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  2. Toss until well mixed and set aside.
Assemble the Tacos
  1. Warm the corn tortillas on the grill for about 30 seconds on each side.
  2. Place a piece of grilled Mahi Mahi on each tortilla.
  3. Top with taco slaw and sliced avocado.
  4. Serve with lime wedges and sour cream if desired.
