Ingredients
  

Iced Coffee Base
  • 2 cups Brewed coffee Chilled
  • 1 cup Unsweetened almond milk
  • 2 tablespoons Sugar-free vanilla syrup Optional
  • 1 tablespoon Cocoa powder For mocha flavor
Fruit Smoothie Base
  • 1 cup Frozen mixed berries
  • 1 cup Unsweetened coconut water
  • 1 tablespoon Chia seeds Optional for added fiber
Matcha Latte Base
  • 2 teaspoons Matcha powder
  • 1 cup Unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar-free sweetener To taste
Iced Tea Base
  • 2 cups Brewed green tea Chilled
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice Freshly squeezed
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar-free sweetener To taste

Method
 

Iced Coffee
  1. In a glass, combine chilled brewed coffee, almond milk, and sugar-free vanilla syrup. Stir well and serve over ice.
Fruit Smoothie
  1. Blend frozen mixed berries, coconut water, and chia seeds until smooth. Pour into a glass and enjoy.
Matcha Latte
  1. Whisk matcha powder with a small amount of hot water to dissolve. Add almond milk and sweetener, then serve over ice.
Iced Tea
  1. Mix chilled green tea with lemon juice and sweetener. Serve over ice with a slice of lemon.
