  • 1 lb ground beef preferably 80/20 for flavor
  • 1 cup bell pepper diced
  • 1 cup zucchini diced
  • 1 cup mushrooms sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp olive oil for cooking
  • 1 tsp salt to taste
  • 1 tsp black pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
Toppings
  • 1 cup shredded cheese optional, for topping
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley chopped, for garnish

Method
 

Cooking the Beef
  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spatula.
  2. Season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
Adding Vegetables
  1. Add diced bell pepper, zucchini, mushrooms, and minced garlic to the skillet. Cook for 5-7 minutes until vegetables are tender.
Finishing Touches
  1. If using, sprinkle shredded cheese on top and cover the skillet until melted. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
