Kiwi Lime Sorbet

Ingredients
  

Fruits
  • 4 medium kiwis peeled and chopped
  • 1/2 cup lime juice freshly squeezed
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar adjust to taste
Liquid
  • 1/2 cup water for dissolving sugar

Method
 

Prepare the Kiwi Mixture
  1. In a blender, combine the chopped kiwis, lime juice, and sugar.
  2. Blend until smooth and well combined.
Dissolve the Sugar
  1. In a small saucepan, heat the water over medium heat and stir in the sugar until fully dissolved.
  2. Allow to cool slightly before adding to the kiwi mixture.
Combine and Freeze
  1. Pour the sugar syrup into the kiwi mixture and blend until smooth.
  2. Transfer the mixture to an ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer's instructions.
  3. Once churned, transfer the sorbet to a freezer-safe container and freeze for at least 2 hours before serving.

Notes
