  • 10 oz oat milk
  • ¾ cup 2% milk

  • ⅓ cup lavender cream cold foam
  • ¼ cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons vanilla syrup
  • 1 tablespoon lavender powder
Sweeteners and Flavor Enhancers
  • ¾ cup granulated sugar
  • 2 ½ teaspoons black currant powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon soy lecithin powder optional
  • ¼ cup culinary-grade dried lavender

Method
 

Matcha Preparation
  1. In a small bowl, whisk together matcha powder and water.
  2. Pour matcha mixture into a glass and add ice. Pour in oat milk.
Lavender Cold Foam Preparation
  1. To make lavender cold foam, add oat milk, cream, vanilla syrup, and lavender powder to a large jar and shake well to combine.
  2. Froth the mixture using an electric frother, blender, or a hand mixer until it becomes foam.
Final Assembly
  1. Top the drink with lavender cold foam.
  2. For lavender powder, grind dried lavender into a fine powder.
  3. Whisk sugar, black currant powder, salt, and soy lecithin into the ground lavender.
  4. Grind the mixture again until fine and store in an airtight container.
