Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups cooked sushi rice Make sure it's sticky for easy shaping.
  • 150 grams canned tuna Flaked and drained.
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 2-3 tbsp Japanese mayo, kewpie Add more for a creamier texture.
  • 1-1½ cup shredded roasted seaweed

Method
 

  1. In a large bowl, add the cooked sushi rice, sesame oil, Japanese mayo, canned tuna, and shredded roasted seaweed.
  2. Mix until everything is well combined. Adjust the amount of mayo to your preference if needed.
  3. Press down the mixture firmly and use a spatula to cut the rice into 8 equal triangles.
  4. With clean hands or wearing gloves, roll each portion into a ball. Serve immediately or store for later.
