Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb ground beef (90-94% lean)
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 3/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • shredded lettuce
  • diced tomato
  • shredded cheddar cheese
  • chopped pickle
  • pickled red onion
  • G Hughes Sugar Free Burger Sauce or Primal Kitchen Special Sauce
  • roasted potatoes, fries, or tater tots optional side

Method
 

  1. Add the ground beef to a large skillet and season with Worcestershire, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook over medium heat for about 5-7 minutes until browned and no longer pink, breaking into crumbles as it cooks. Set aside.
  2. Roast or bake the fries, potatoes, or tater tots if using.
  3. Assemble a bowl with ¼ of the cooked ground beef and any of the following toppings: shredded lettuce, diced tomato, chopped pickle, shredded cheddar cheese, pickled red onion, roasted potatoes, and burger sauce.
