Prepare the Chicken
- In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, lime juice, cumin, chili powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Add the chicken breasts and marinate for at least 15 minutes.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
Grill the Chicken
- Remove chicken from marinade and place on the grill. Cook for 6-7 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
- Once cooked, remove from grill and let rest for a few minutes before slicing.
Assemble the Tacos
- Warm the corn tortillas on the grill for about 30 seconds on each side.
- Slice the grilled chicken and place it on the tortillas. Top with lettuce, tomatoes, red onion, cilantro, sour cream, and salsa.
