Ingredients
  

For the Chicken
  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
For the Tacos
  • 8 small corn tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup diced red onion
  • 1/2 cup fresh cilantro chopped
  • 1/2 cup sour cream for topping
  • 1/4 cup salsa for topping

Method
 

Prepare the Chicken
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, lime juice, cumin, chili powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Add the chicken breasts and marinate for at least 15 minutes.
  2. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
Grill the Chicken
  1. Remove chicken from marinade and place on the grill. Cook for 6-7 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
  2. Once cooked, remove from grill and let rest for a few minutes before slicing.
Assemble the Tacos
  1. Warm the corn tortillas on the grill for about 30 seconds on each side.
  2. Slice the grilled chicken and place it on the tortillas. Top with lettuce, tomatoes, red onion, cilantro, sour cream, and salsa.
