  • 8 ounces mushrooms sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic minced

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. Add sliced mushrooms and cook for about 5 minutes until they start to brown.
  4. Add green beans, salt, and pepper, and stir well.
  5. Cover and cook for another 8-10 minutes until green beans are tender.
  6. Serve warm.
