Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb chicken breasts
  • 5 medium potatoes
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste
  • garlic powder to taste
  • paprika to taste
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 2 tbsp minced garlic
  • Buffalo Wild Wings Garlic Parmesan Sauce enough to cover chicken
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Method
 

  1. Wash the potatoes and cut into small cubes.
  2. Spray a crockpot with cooking spray.
  3. Add potatoes to the crockpot. Season with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
  4. Add minced garlic and stir potatoes and seasonings well.
  5. Cut chicken into cubes.
  6. Season chicken with 1/2 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp pepper, 1 tsp paprika, 1 tsp onion powder, and 1 tsp Italian seasoning.
  7. Add garlic Parmesan sauce to the chicken, using enough to cover it.
  8. Cook on low for about 6 hours or until potatoes are cooked to your liking.
  9. Stir everything well.
  10. Top with shredded mozzarella cheese and let it sit until the cheese is melted.

Notes

Use fresh garlic for a better flavor, and avoid lifting the lid during cooking to maintain heat.
