- Cut the steak into small, bite-size pieces according to your preference.
- Dry the steak by pressing with paper towels to soak up any excess liquid. Sprinkle generously with salt and pepper.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over high heat. Drizzle oil in the pan and let it heat up.
- Add the steak and let it sit untouched for two minutes to sear. After 2-3 minutes, flip the steak pieces to cook the other side.
- Cook for a total of 4-6 minutes, depending on desired doneness: Rare (120°F - 4 minutes), Medium-Rare (125°F - 5 minutes), Medium (130°F - 6 minutes).
- Make the garlic butter sauce by heating the butter in a skillet. Add the garlic and cook for 30-60 seconds to prevent browning.
- Once the steak is cooked, drizzle with garlic butter and sprinkle with fresh parsley.
