Ingredients
  

Base
  • 2 cups Greek yogurt plain or vanilla flavored
Toppings
  • 1 cup mixed berries strawberries, blueberries, raspberries
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup for vegan option
  • 1/4 cup chopped nuts almonds or walnuts
  • 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips optional

Method
 

Prepare the Base
  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt and honey until smooth.
Assemble the Bark
  1. Spread the yogurt mixture evenly onto the prepared baking sheet.
  2. Sprinkle mixed berries, chopped nuts, and chocolate chips over the yogurt.
Freeze
  1. Place the baking sheet in the freezer for at least 3 hours or until completely frozen.
  2. Once frozen, break the bark into pieces and serve.
