Ingredients
  

Fruits
  • 1 cup strawberries sliced
  • 1 cup mango sliced
  • 1 cup kiwi sliced
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 cup pineapple diced
Spring Roll Wrappers
  • 8 pieces rice paper wrappers
Dipping Sauce
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce

Method
 

Prepare the Fruits
  1. Wash and slice all the fruits into thin strips or bite-sized pieces.
Soften the Wrappers
  1. Fill a large bowl with warm water. Dip one rice paper wrapper in the water for about 10-15 seconds until soft.
Assemble the Spring Rolls
  1. Place the softened wrapper on a plate. Add a small handful of mixed fruits in the center.
  2. Fold the sides of the wrapper over the fruit, then roll from the bottom up to enclose the filling.
Repeat and Serve
  1. Repeat the process with the remaining wrappers and fruits. Serve with the dipping sauce made by mixing honey, lime juice, and soy sauce.
