Ingredients
  

Eggs
  • 6 large eggs hard-boiled
Filling
  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon white wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon fresh chives finely chopped
Garnish
  • 1 teaspoon paprika for sprinkling
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley finely chopped

Method
 

Prepare the Eggs
  1. Place the eggs in a saucepan and cover with cold water. Bring to a boil over medium heat.
  2. Once boiling, cover the saucepan and remove from heat. Let sit for 10 minutes.
  3. Transfer the eggs to an ice bath to cool for 5 minutes, then peel and slice in half lengthwise.
Make the Filling
  1. Remove the yolks from the egg halves and place them in a mixing bowl.
  2. Mash the yolks with a fork, then add mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, white wine vinegar, chives, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth.
Assemble the Deviled Eggs
  1. Spoon or pipe the yolk mixture back into the egg whites.
  2. Sprinkle with paprika and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
