Ingredients
  

Protein
  • 1 pound chicken breast cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 pound shrimp peeled and deveined
Vegetables
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 cup bell peppers sliced
  • 1 cup zucchini sliced
Seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Cut four large pieces of aluminum foil and place them on a baking sheet.
Assemble Packets
  1. In a large bowl, combine the chicken or shrimp, broccoli, bell peppers, and zucchini.
  2. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Toss to coat evenly.
  3. Divide the mixture evenly among the foil pieces, placing it in the center of each piece.
  4. Fold the sides of the foil over the mixture and seal tightly to create packets.
Cooking
  1. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the protein is cooked through and the vegetables are tender.
  2. Carefully open the packets (watch out for steam) and serve hot.
