Ingredients
  

Burger Patties
  • 1 lb Ground Beef 80/20 blend for juiciness
  • 1 tsp Salt to taste
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce optional for flavor
Burger Toppings
  • 4 slices Cheddar Cheese or cheese of choice
  • 4 buns Burger Buns toasted
  • 1 cup Lettuce shredded
  • 1 tomato Tomato sliced
  • 1/2 cup Pickles sliced
  • 1/4 cup Ketchup to taste
  • 1/4 cup Mustard to taste

Method
 

Prepare the Patties
  1. In a bowl, combine ground beef, salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce. Mix gently and form into 4 equal patties.
Preheat the Grill
  1. Preheat the flat top grill over medium-high heat for about 10 minutes.
Cook the Patties
  1. Place the patties on the grill and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they reach an internal temperature of 160°F.
  2. In the last minute of cooking, place a slice of cheese on each patty to melt.
Assemble the Burgers
  1. Toast the burger buns on the grill for 1-2 minutes. Assemble the burgers with lettuce, tomato, pickles, and your choice of condiments.
