- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C) and line a large baking tray with parchment paper.
- Lay a cold pastry sheet on a sheet of parchment paper. Evenly spread over the Nutella and top with the other puff pastry sheet.
- Use Halloween cookie cutters to cut out shapes, yielding about 18 pastries.
- Brush the tops of the pastries with the beaten egg. Bake for 15-18 minutes or until golden and puffed.
- Remove from the oven and dust with powdered sugar. Serve warm or at room temperature.
