Ingredients
  

Dry Ingredients
  • 2 cups almond flour
  • 1 cup protein powder unflavored or vanilla
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp salt
Wet Ingredients
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, protein powder, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together the eggs, olive oil, and almond milk until well combined.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
  5. Transfer the batter into a greased loaf pan.
Baking
  1. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  2. Allow the bread to cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
