Sauce

  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried sage
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese grated
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese grated, for serving

Preparation
  1. Gather all ingredients.

  4. Stir in the sage and salt. Add the cooked gnocchi, 1/4 cup of Parmesan cheese, and pepper; toss gently to combine.
  5. Sprinkle with the 2 tablespoons of Parmesan cheese to serve.
