Ingredients
  

Eggs
  • 6 large eggs hard-boiled
Filling
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons dill pickles finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon pickle juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill chopped
Garnish
  • 2 slices dill pickle for topping
  • 1 teaspoon paprika for sprinkling

Method
 

Prepare the Eggs
  1. Place eggs in a pot and cover with water. Bring to a boil, then cover and remove from heat. Let sit for 10 minutes.
  2. Drain the hot water and cool the eggs under cold running water. Peel the eggs once cooled.
Make the Filling
  1. Cut the peeled eggs in half lengthwise and remove the yolks.
  2. In a mixing bowl, mash the yolks with a fork. Add mayonnaise, dill pickles, Dijon mustard, pickle juice, salt, black pepper, and fresh dill. Mix until smooth.
Assemble the Deviled Eggs
  1. Spoon or pipe the yolk mixture back into the egg whites.
  2. Top each egg with a slice of dill pickle and sprinkle with paprika.
