- Prepare and bake brownies as directed. Cool completely, then crumble into a bowl.
- Mix in ¼ cup of frosting to create a moldable dough.
- Melt candy melts or chocolate until smooth.
- Spoon a layer into each cakesicle mold and use the back of a spoon or pastry brush to coat the bottom and sides.
- Insert popsicle sticks and let chocolate set (refrigerate for 10-15 minutes).
- Press brownie mixture into each mold over the hardened chocolate layer, leaving a little room at the top for sealing with chocolate.
- Spoon more melted chocolate over the brownie layer to completely cover and seal the cakesicle.
- Smooth the top and refrigerate again until set (about 15-20 minutes).
- Once fully set, gently pop the cakesicles out of the mold.
- Decorate as desired with additional chocolate, Halloween sprinkles, candy eyes, or themed candies.
