Ingredients

Fudge Base
  • 12 ounces white chocolate chips divided
  • 7 ounces sweetened condensed milk divided
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract divided
  • 2 pinch salt
  • red food coloring for coloring the fudge
  • 1/4 cup sprinkles or other decorations

Equipment

  • 8×8-inch baking pan
  • Microwave safe jug

Method

Fudge Preparation
  1. Grab an 8×8 pan, and line with parchment paper, leaving excess paper over the edges.
  2. In a large microwave safe jug, combine half the white chocolate chips and half the sweetened condensed milk. Mix well and microwave in 30 second bursts, stirring in between, until melted and pourable.
  3. Add in half the salt, half the vanilla extract, and red food coloring to achieve desired shade. Mix well and pour into the prepared pan, smoothing out the top. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  4. Repeat the melting process with the remaining white chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, salt, and vanilla extract, but omit the food coloring. Pour over the first pink fudge layer, smooth the top and sprinkle with decorative candies.
  5. Refrigerate for 2 hours until firm.
  6. Lift the fudge out using the edges of the parchment paper and place on a cutting board. Cut into squares or triangles.
