Ingredients
  

  • 8 Oz. Fresh Mozzarella (Ciliegine size) Drain before using
  • 9-10 Green Pimento Stuffed Olives, Halved
  • 6 Oz. Prosciutto Thinly sliced

Method
 

  1. Drain the mozzarella and use a pairing knife to cut out a small circle in the center of each mozzarella ball (large enough to hold half of an olive).
  2. Place half of an olive into the center of each ball of mozzarella.
  3. Use the prosciutto to wrap around the bottom of the mozzarella ball.
  4. Plate the 'eyeballs' and enjoy right away or store in the fridge for 3-5 hours.
