  • 1/2 cup granola of choice
  • 1 cup dark chocolate chips

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Start by slicing the bananas into quarter-sized pieces.
  2. Next slice the dates open, ensuring that any pits are removed.
  3. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and add bananas and dates to the sheet.
  4. Add the peanut butter across the fruits and spread it evenly using a spatula.
  5. Next, sprinkle the granola across the bark.
  6. Add the chocolate chips to a microwave-safe bowl and melt them in 30-second increments or until fully melted, stirring in between.
  7. Pour the melted chocolate over the bark and place it in the freezer or fridge to set for about 30-60 minutes.
  8. Once set, break the bark apart and enjoy!
