Method
- Fry eggs over medium heat by adding two tablespoons of oil to a frying pan. Heat oil on high heat.
- When oil is hot, crack in two eggs side by side, keeping them separate. Sprinkle with salt and cracked black pepper.
- Cook on one side for two minutes until the edges are crispy and the whites begin to firm. Flip eggs and cook for another 15 seconds.
- Turn off heat and let eggs sit in the pan for another 1 minute before removing.
- While eggs are cooking, toast two slices of bread if desired.
- Place fried eggs into a bowl and use food scissors to cut eggs into small bite-sized pieces.
- Add mayo, sriracha, garlic spread, and dijon mustard to the bowl. Mix everything together and adjust salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve egg salad with bread, crackers, or a simple salad.

Notes
Customize your salad by swapping sriracha with another hot sauce, adding diced vegetables, or using hummus instead of mayo.
