  • 2/3 cup fig jam
  • 1 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 3-4 strips prosciutto torn into bite-size pieces
  • 2 ounces goat cheese crumbled

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 500 degrees (preferably with a pizza stone inside).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough as thinly as you can into a rectangle or oval on a silicone mat or piece of parchment paper.
  3. Spread the fig jam all over the pizza dough, leaving about 1/2 inch around the edge.
  4. Sprinkle with the mozzarella cheese, scatter the prosciutto across the top, and finish with the crumbled goat cheese.
  5. Place the pizza on the pizza stone (keeping it on the silicone mat or parchment paper) and cook for 7-9 minutes, until the cheese is bubbling and browning on top.
  6. Carefully remove from the oven, let cool for a few minutes, cut, and serve.
