Preparation
- Preheat oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, dried cranberries, stuffing mix, beaten egg, chicken broth, poultry seasoning, and garlic salt. Mix with your hands until well combined.
- Roll the mixture into golf ball-sized balls and place evenly on the prepared baking sheet. Brush the tops with melted butter.
- Bake for 20–25 minutes, until golden brown and the internal temperature reaches at least 165°F.
- Serve warm with gravy or cranberry sauce.
