Ingredients
  

  • 1 can cooking spray for greasing the muffin tin
  • 1 tbsp all-purpose flour for dusting
  • 1 8-oz. tube crescent dough can be replaced with puff pastry
  • 1 8-oz. wheel of Brie cut into small pieces
  • 1/2 cup whole berry cranberry sauce
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped roasted, unsalted pecans
  • 6 sprigs rosemary cut into 1-inch pieces

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F. Grease a mini muffin tin with cooking spray. On a lightly floured surface, roll out the crescent dough and pinch the seams together. Cut the dough into 24 squares and press each square into the prepared muffin cups.
  2. Cut Brie into small pieces and place a piece inside each square of dough. Top with a spoonful of cranberry sauce, a few pecans, and a piece of rosemary.
  3. Bake the bites in the preheated oven for about 15 minutes or until the pastry is golden brown.
